Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Ordered Aug 19th – Arrived in Italy Oct 7th. At first, there were some issues with the order processing, the store told me that they were receiving lots of orders, so in the end the product was shipped about one month after the order was placed. The product looks just like the picture, the print is flawless and the fabric is comfortable (even though it’s 100% synthetic). The only problem is the size: it definitely fits well, but it’s a bit too short for a hoodie, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for an oversize hoodie. Overall, the product is definitely worth its price.
